Celebrating February With the Heart of Bayonne.

BAYONNE, NJ – March 17, 2006 -Danielle McKillop credited her cockatiel, Sammi, with helping her to win one of six $50 Bayonne Town Center Gift Certificates in the Heart of Bayonne Contest sponsored by Bayonne Community Bank.  She had purchased a bird cage for the “cockatiel with an attitude” when she filled out one of the cards to enter the contest at Colonial House of Pets.  Danielle was one of six people to win this promotion.  The other winners were Sydney Skott, Barbara Lametta, Mary Ann Bruno, Carol Favella, and Michael Devey. 

This is the second annual “Heart of Bayonne” Card Promotion, and Cathy Jakubowski, Executive Director of the Bayonne Town Center thanked Bayonne Community Bank for their generosity in sponsoring the event as well as all the stores that participated.

Donald Mindiak, President and CEO of Bayonne Community Bank, said BCB feels the need to get involved with the community through programs like these.
