BAYONNE, NJ – March 5, 2008. On Saturday, May 3rd, Unique Books announced the winners of its 4th annual poetry contest.  This contest is held in conjunction with Herbert’s Army & Navy and the Bayonne Town Center.  This year’s 1st place winners were Nicole Birtwistle, Rehan Early and Eric Clappsy.  2nd place went to Elizabeth Ann Boyle, Stasia Marek and Charmaine Castro while 3rd place went to Monica Sarmiento, Alexis Ramirez, and Emily Ambrisio.  Honorable mentions included Tara McDonough, Sarah McCabe, and Juan Castro. 

Each winner received a gift certificate valued at $5 up to $25 from either The Bayonne Town Center, Unique Books or Herbert’s Army & Navy.
