BAYONNE, NJ – June 21, 2010. On Saturday, June 19th the Bayonne Town Center and City of Bayonne hosted the 2nd Annual Ice Cream Eating Contest on 22nd Street & Broadway.  Teams of Fathers and their children signed up to see how much ice cream they could eat in 10 minutes.  The winners in the younger category were Maged & Nicholas Sadek.  In the older category the winners were James & James Hnidourcz.

All of our teams did a great job!  Thanks to Jim & Gwendolyn Goode, Bryanna Young, Gary Barboza, Bill and Casey Popowski, Pedro & Jamail Martinez, Nagil & Mark Gahly, Gary & Maggie Klejmont, and Perry Ravkin and Jasmine Young for their participation.

Our winners won Gift Certificates to CKO Kickboxing and Carvel Gift Certificates.  Thanks so much to our sponsors for making this event possible! Also thanks to our judge, Councilman Joe Hurley for his help during the contest.  We would also like to thank the staff from Carvel for all their help.
