BAYONNE, NJ – December 22, 2011. On Saturday, December 17th, the Bayonne Town Center held the Annual Breakfast with Santa at the Fire House Rec. Center.  Over 200 children were able to eat breakfast and visit with Mr. Clause.  Santa was on hand to listen to children’s gift wishes and hand out candy canes.  We were also able to have face painters at this event!  Many children did not leave without at least one design painted on their cheeks or hands!  We would like to thank Stop & Shop and A&P for donating the cereal and milk for this event!  Lowe’s also donated a variety of crafts for the kids to make with the help of Mr. Rich and Mr. Tom.  The crafts ranged from ornaments to cars to bird houses.  It sounded like Santa’s workshop with all of the toys being made!  Juice for this event was donated by the Bayonne Urban Enterprise Zone.  Without our sponsors, we would not be able to hold such wonderful quality events for the Bayonne community.  We even had a special appearance by Councilman Ray Greaves, Councilwoman Debby Czerwienski, and Councilman Hurley who wish everyone a very merry Christmas!
